Standards are the key activities what we as AIESECers need to deliver to our customers. Through ensuring Standards, we facilitate Inner & Outer Journey for the customers which in the end develop the leadership qualities.

Focusing on the Standards means we are delivering on the value we promised to the customers, it is the essential bottomline

There is a lot of information for you to know about the 16 Standards so we have prepared a whole page for you to learn about the standards and how to deliver them. 

First, in order for you to understand the standards, here is a video on the history of MoS and the logic behind it.

In this video, you will be going over:

  • What is MoS

We have now learned that in order for us to fulfill standards and have a completed experience, we must have at least 14 out of 16 standards fulfilled. The only standards that we are able to miss are:

  • Standard 8: Arrival Pickup
  • Standard 9: Departure Support
  • Standard 12: Working Hours
  • Standard 13: First Day of Work 

As a result we must ensure that we understand what each standard entails and how to fulfill it on the OGX side. 


We have also learned about the questions that will be asked on the standards survey. In the image below, you will see all 16 questions that will be asked to our EPs and in the order that they are asked. 

These questions will be answered as YES or NO questions to ensure the best customer experience. The only exception of the YES or NO question format will be standard 7 where there is an option to say not needed.

And lastly, in this video we learned about WHEN the EP can see the Standards Survey.

Your EP can access the Standards survey on since approval. The EP can answer the multiple times until they fill all 16 questions and click for getting a certificate. 

The EP will get 2 weeks after the end of their realization date to finish the survey.
